It is 10x6-1/2x3-1/2. I got 2 of them on eBay for 20 bucks. My leg hits it while maneuvering the bike but not enough to make it difficult. I definitely notice it's there but it doesn't hinder movement at all. If I thought it affected that at all I wouldn't have put it on. I will try and get a few more pictures of it tonight to show how far out it sticks. Im also contemplating wiring and mounting charging posts in the upper left corner so I can hook up the tender without having to remove the battery cover. Would be fairly straight forward to do that. Who knows though just an idea for now. After doing a bunch of stuff to the bike this summer I'm getting fidgety now just looking at it.
Put it on because the weather was finally decent enough to ride and I didn't want to miss out. This weekend I'm going to pull off the lid and paint the handle, latch and hinge in the same candy orange as the bike.
Very cool. I ran ammo can saddlebags on my sporty for a few years.
What's the chance of posting a pic from above...looking down on it?
Tank Lift HERE will def show off your rocker covers better.

Thx man, definitely put a charging post for the tender, but also to charge your cell while it is inside the can. Or a 12v flashlight connected to the battery with a switch and 4-5 feet of cable. or a Voltmeter to check the status of the battery.
I have a Sundowner 2up seat on my Superglide and il looks like it would block the lid from opening as it extends about an inch further out from the battery cover.. mmm .. I need to have a better look at it
