I went to lowes and got 1/2 urethane spacers to put between the cover and the can. It touches the seat a little when opening it but not enough to make it hard to open. I need to get 5/8 or 3/4 inch spacers and it will clear.

That looks great. I was wondering about the HD sticker until I scene the pic of it on your bike. Sweet looking ride!
