Just installed a set on my 11sb love the 2 " drop. Wondering if anybody knows what the orginal settings from the factory are. Haven't been able to test ride to cold wet snow/ice on roads. I'm 220lb if that helps and I ride solo.
I run mine on the lowest setting and am about 210. No issues for me solo at that setting...Burly's are 10.5" and have enough clearance not to cause concern, other than lean angle will be reduced. But I haven't experienced any real drawback there either...

Do ya notice an appreciable difference as far as heat comming from the back cyclinder is concerned? It gets real warm during the summer if setting to long. I know heads gotta be easier to clean.
I don't really know about the cooling, hasn't gotten about 50 degrees since I put the lift on. It is easier to clean the heads though. Still trying to figure out the whole fuel capacity issue. So far it doesn't seem to have reduced the usable capacity or miles to empty. Although I generally rely on the trip meter for that anyway. Had the lift just over a week now...
Jr BOB Dobbs Did you do the front also ?
Thinking I may do both ? The local Dealer has a set someone ordered last year and offered them to me for a good price . It may be I,m just looking for a reason to work on the bike . I just did the Tank Lift today .
