Understand the desire not to relocate signals, but a number of small slanted (12x9x5) throw over saddlebags work fine w/o relocation problems like Willie & Max, Tourmaster, etc and can be tied down/removed pretty easily for the occasional times you need them. Combined with a small backpack you should be fine.

IMO t-bags suck, there are other better products. like...

If you ride your bike, it's not going to stay factory mint-pretty. Function over style.
I slapped a big cheap set of throwover bags under my rear seat and tied them off to my shock mounts. I have a small toolbag behind the winshield and I use a 15"x15" cargo net to strap a backpack to my passenger pillion.
My bags rub the paint, and the shock chrome andpart of my rear turn signals. Eventually that chrome will wear off, but I'll still be able to carry my stuff.
Just not the cleanest lines ona DWG.
