Been looking for a set of black 14" apes for my 2014 SB that are pre-wired with new switches, levers ect.. the entire kit just plug in and go. (dont need cables as all mine fit now with the OEM 12" and 3" risers ) Just looking to swap easy without all the wire running.
Only problem is they dont make them and the ones that do sell them are full of crap. The 2014 has the trip button next to the left hand turn sig up on the bars not down by the speed-o
The down falls of buying new sometimes sucks ... end of rant
my 12 has the same set up with the trip on the bars and I've seen companies that offer the whole pre wired thing.. However "all the wire running" is really really easy. I did the bars on my sb without any prior experience in just a couple relaxing hours. Its not hard at all. Just pick the bars you like and wire em up. you can use all your existing stuff up to 16" so you should be fine unless you're going taller than that.
Well after looking thats all they have ... guess I will do some cuttin of the wires
Thanks guys
no cutting required I got those 1 inch bars on my Wide Glide connectors fit through the bars.
what I did is went to the hardware store got some of the chain that is used to change the pens at the bank drop that through the bars taped to the wiring and pull it through the bars.

Yeah, I just put 14" road6 bars on my '12 streetbob and never had to remove a connector and all the cables are long enough. I feel stupid for waiting as long as I did to do it.
