Adding a SE Heavy Breather
I would like to install a SE Heavy Breather to my 2013 Fat Bob. I do not want get rid of the stock exhaust because I think it looks real good on this bike (I may put on Rush Slip ons one day though to get a little more "growl".
My question is: What's a good way( sensible way without spending too much money)to do a ECM calibration if I should install the SE breather?

put it this way you go and get a k@n filter for your new car. Do you then run out and get the car ecm recalibrated??? **** no 99% people don't. SO why is it that guys change there air filter on their bikes and suddenly think their ecm needs ugrading.???? because it dosent but we listen too some people who think it does, same thing as per cars we put a better exausht on it,, do you then run out and get it retuned same answer no you don't.... BUT its only up too you what ever you want to do with your dollar... BUT remember car/bike ecm do have some self learning in their program for mixture adjustment,,,,,, do you think they factory program the computers for indevigal areas the bike might go too a dealer, or you go from north too south atmosphere conditions
The best bang for the buck would be a pair of 2" baffles Rush slip ons, an Arlen Ness Big Sucker (which I prefer) over the SE unit. And a pair "XIED's". If you do the labor you will be out about $500 and 3-4 hrs labor. This will perform well and sound better. If you are going to do future mods, then a tuner and 2 into 1 exhaust would be the way to go.
