Default 2008 FXD won't start

Hey guys just looking for a little input here. I have a 08 FXD and it wont crank 2x in a row. It will crank up once and then I will turn it of and it will not fire off again, It will just turn over until the battery is about dead. I have tested the battery and it is still good and the bike is charging. I'm not sure where to go from there. Its got to be something stupid that I am over looking. I really hate to take it to the dealer and pay out my ***. Any thoughts and input would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to give bike info:
08 FXD 22K miles
Fuel Moto Power programmer
Fuel Moto Intake
Cycle Shack Slip ons

Did it start after riding in the rain or washing it? I would first bypass the tuner and see if it starts. Not sure by your post...is it cranking and not starting? Or is it not cranking?
Have you actually had the battery "load tested"? My battery had the right voltage but failed under a load. Also check, clean and retighten your battery cables on both sides of the cable.

did you run a code diagnostic? almost always if a bike does not fire it will toss a code. run that and let us know

It sounds like the battery. Even if it shows enough voltage with a voltmeter it's cranking power that matters. When you say it will only crank a couple of times it's a good indication the battery is done, especially if it's the original. Possibly you could also have loose connections at the battery and ground, so check those.
Get it tested at an auto parts store.

Tighten your terminals to the battery. These bikes have to be very tight.
