Cool invention! I was going to ask a while ago, does your foot slip when braking? You didn't get rid of the roller bearing, did you?

I dont use bearings on the brake side. Their locked in place. I drilled the wheels and used a 3/8" bolt and a 1/2" metal sleeve.

The shifter side uses bearings and they rotate freely.

Can you post a side profile of bike to show the completed mod..this sounds sweet love to see finished product, searched for hours could not see one

SLV sold his bike and moved across the world. So probably not going to get any pics from him. Try "Squidhead" he has the same mod on a badass candy flake green Street Bob. His bike is all over the "thug/club style" thread.

Great mod. I'll have to remember this.

My current shifter peg rips up my shoe top, so this would save that. And since I was a skater in high school and college, it's a good way to add that theme to the bike too.
