front and rear wheel make a big difference... i like to solder the lines together then loop them under the fender, from there you only have one line, you can use ribon wire and run that up the brake line to your harness. works great

my brothers bike is by far my fav, we only lit his wheels, looks like Tron going down the road, i also laid a reflective clear on the wheels to really make them pop when we powder coated them

best place is right where the fender mounts are, you and i have different fenders so it is a bit different where you can mount them, you can get the strips you need to cut to fit... here is a pic of my old fat bob fender with a st bob mount to give you an idea. also remember i have twisted polished spokes so that helps
