Bossman,
I am in the middle of the same process with my WG. I am using a 2012 SG exhaust system to get the true duals. You can see the pics in my albums. Nice bike.

Dual fishtails on a Dyna can be done. I used and severely modified a 2009 FLHT exhaust. I had to use a 2009 because of the O2 sensor location but you can use any 2009 to current. This is a lot of work so do your research in the FL-Dyna Interest Group https://www.hdforums.com/forum/groups/

Vance and Hines did develop a dual exhaust for the Switchback for about $1,200. I don't think they sold many, probably due to cost, but there is another Forum member trying to buy the head pipes only from V&H in an attempt to add fishtails in his own manner. If they sell him the head pipes, I believe he will be successful.
