Anyone ever used/use or heard anything about these exhaust?
I am on a quest to make a set of rocking True-Duals for my Street Bob, but until I am able to get them finished I really want to replace my stock exhaust. These are a few of the exhaust I am thinking about going with until I get my Duals done.
I would like to know if there is any knowledge of these sets out there and if so what are the pros and cons to them?
All the sets come in black which is also what I am after, and the set on the softy is also made for the Dyna, they just don't have a pic of it on the Dyna. Here are some pics and a link to each for info.
Yea, thanks for the input! Performance is not my main concern right now. Maybe, when and if I bump up to a 110 or bigger. I don't plan on racing the bike and I am in no hurry to get anywhere. So for me it's more about the looks and what I like. I like the looks of long pipes, trying to go for the chopped down sled look, kinda like you would find in a 51' merc led sled, only I want it with a Dyna. Thanks again!
That is what I thought at first, only with a tip added to it. But what puzzles me about that is the they (the second and third set) are made by a company called Rush, is that a sub company to Samson? Also, the first set is made by a company called Caliber, I have tried to find out if they are a sub company to someone else, but I can't find anything. I really like the look of the first pipe, but I don't want to buy something that might end up being a POS.
the top pipe is a Caliber, a stepped header, made by Samson. the 3rd pipe May be a Samson as well since we have had that style since 1992. i cant be sure about the second pipe.
thank you,
JR / SAMSON
