Default early or late
okay I knew this at one time but I am getting much older and may have CRS ( cant remember sh#t).
I have a 1979 fxe ,how do I determine if it is late 79 or early 79.Buying a few parts that request this info.

Prolly best ask this question in the Shovelhead forum mate....this is the forum where ask for the part number for a cup holder or a SOA T Shirt

look up you vin number , it will give manufacture date but even then its iffy . they did funny crap in 79 . used parts till they ran out then changed to new design so some bikes are a mix match
