I went into the dealer for a Low Rider and ordered a Street Bob ... the cost difference was too great to justify ordering the Low Rider ... that's the part Harley got right !
I went to my Harley dealer and wrotea check forthe Lowrider as it WAS the bike I really wanted. You can't put a price tag on having what you really want. Justification has nothing to do with it.
I practice this with all of my toys.
Just a matter of choice if you have the doe. It was between the lowrider and the wide glide for me. I just could not get past the back fender on the wide glide. But hell a super glide would have made the grade if I could not afforded the Low. All the dyna's are sweet in my book!
Seems like there are an awful lot of Bob owners, and a fair number of WG owners... figured I would do a poll and see who has what, and which bike is most popular.
I have an '05 WG
I can now say that I am the owner of a 07 Wideglide. [8D]Picked itup on 14 June 2007 at 1130am
