Seems like there are an awful lot of Bob owners, and a fair number of WG owners... figured I would do a poll and see who has what, and which bike is most popular.
I just purchased a 2000 low rider with only 14 miles on it. the guy who sold it took the MSF course, rode around on a rebel for a while and when he took delivery of the low rider, got afraid of the weight and sold it after it sat 7 yrs. At least he had it serviced and carbs cleaned before selling it. Only problem I had was a valve was clogged, but after getting my new pipe and jet kit installed the stealership cleaned it out for me....runs sweet.

I love my bike, but it has taken me some time, money, and wrenching to get it that way. Nice thing about the FXD's, and the FXST's for that matter, is IMHO they are the best bang for your big twin buck in terms of a solid platform to build on. They are basicaly an empty canvas to make it how you want it! Or, leave it the way you love it.
Not to knock the Sporty's or the Barge's because I really like the new "Nightster" (terrible name!) and the Street Glide...oh yeah and the new Springer...oh and don't forget the...
