I made mine out of 3/16ths thick X 5/8ths wide cold steel flatbar, sawed of and filed it to be flat on both ends with no sharp edges, same lenght as the above! Cost me 15 minutes of my time, and the longest part was finding the metal in my shed!

Thanks. I have some 1/4" aluminum bar that I was planning to do the same. It's about 1-1/4 inch wide.
So it's 7.125 for 06-up Dynas...mine is an 05 Super Glide, what would the correct length be? I'll just have the tool made since I live overseas and won't wait 3 weeks for a strip of metal that can be made locally.

That should do it Alleyn, It may flex and bend a bit but it's enough to lock the primary. The length does not need to be exact since the clutch basket will rotate to take up the slack.

I cut an 8.5" long piece of flatbar for my '04 Dyna FXDP, and it is just barely long enough to lock the primary (have to situate it just right to get it to work). If I had it to do over, I'd probably cut it 8-9/16" or even 8-5/8". If you're gonna make it yourself, I suggest cutting it a bit longer (longer than 8.5" anyway) and you can always grind it down a bit.
