Rocker Cover Question

I wanted to black out my chrome rocker covers. After getting some prices on powder coat and looking at ridiculously priced aftermarket covers, I decided to see what the MoCo offered... I couldn't believe it when I saw a price of 74.95 a piece for either gloss black or wrinkle black. That's the same amount of money most places wanted to powder coat my stock ones. But if I buy the new ones, I can sell my stock ones and actually make some of my money back. I only have one question now... My stock covers appear to be two-piece and the ones on the H-D website don't appear to be... Here's the link to what I'm looking at...

Is that the whole rocker cover? Or is that just the top piece?

I think thats the top half only they show them seperate in the catalog heres the other half http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...-04-1761899--1

Damn, so much for that plan then. If it's what I'm looking at, then it would be an additional 75 per lower for a total of about $300... Any idea what the p/n is?
