FXDB Electrical Isuue

Riding down the road the other day, and my bike completely shut down. After getting home, started checking all my electrical grounds and they were good. I noticed some arching coming from my left control mount and upon further troubleshooting found some exposed wires cleaned them up and heat shrink and put everything back together and changed the blown accessory and lighting fuses. Tried to start my bike up and still won't start. Any ideas?
