Front Signal Running Light Question

On my 06 Super Glide Custom the front turn signals do not act like running lights that are always on. Seems to me that when I see pictures of other 06-07 models their front signals are on all the time acting as running lights. I'm just wondering if something is wrong with mine or not.

Can somebody do me a favor and just turn your key on and tell me if your front signals light up or not?

Mine stay on all the time. I think this depends on whether your bike is U.S. based or an export bike. I live in Canada so I have the export set up.

Mine stay on as well. They may be something wrong with your ground connection or your connection from the ignition switch, or what ever gives it power to the lights.

PowerCobra...Sweet Custom...I have an '06 FXDBI with the same relocated directionals and they are always on.

Never noticed it before, either way, but mine DON"T stay on. I only have my rears on the bike anyway. No big deal to me.

OK, I had this backwards. This is direct from the 06 owners manual "Front turn signal lamps also function as running lamps (except International models)."
