It's not done and haven't seen it mounted but I think I like this so far. Powder will be the way to go but not until I make sure I don't need anything else repaired.

They look good. I like when the ridged part of the spoke is highlighted also. Like the ones joe put up but reversed

Almost looks like a black wheel w/ a whitewall tire.
If you like it thats all that matters.

Not sure I like it yet. Need to polish it a little and clean the tire and see it mounted. At least I can peel it if I hate it.

I think that looks good, I do however think that your style of Dyna looks best with a 16 inch rear, 21 inch front laced wheel set with chrome rims. I am fairly certain that Sportster custom wheels bolt right on to this model Dyna?

looks good man! you can really polish on those lips make them shine like chrome, that will really make the black pop. nice work

Yes, still have to polish and then get the back off. Wanted to see how the color would look all back together.

I think you're right, I still want a set of laced wheels, I've been watching ebay and craigslist, just not going to be able to get them this year unless I find a dirt cheap set. I'm only into this project for a can of brake cleaner and a can of plastidip. Not a fan, but it's reversable if I change my mind and don't like it and it's still too cold out for paint.

The ones in the right picture that have chrome just on the inside of the spokes and black everywhere. Who did those rims? That's exactly what I was looking for
