Fat Bob seat
After doing some research via the HDForums, I landed on a C&C Seats (www.ccseats.com) Sport Tour with the Center Stripe pattern and Shark Grey stitching for the insert. Was looking for a seat with a better cushion for the boss when she rides, but didn't want a full touring seat since I ride single mostly. Nice looking, better support for her and decent price.
They were super helpful both via email and on the phone when I ordered. Showed up quick and they give a HDForum discount.

Including the stock unit I tried six seats on my Fat Bob but never could get that bike comfy for me or the boss. Ended up changing bikes.

I have mentioned that in order for her to be truly comfortable, we might need a Street Glide Special. To the previous post, definitely more back support on the first short jaunt today before we get another snowstorm...
