yeah, sorry, only in severely hard cases, like X would the letter be acceptable anywhere in the name,
otherwise it has to start with said letter,
no need for approval on these, if you post the town starting with the next letter, someone else can move on with the next,
just don't log consecutive letters, like you can do A, then wait for C, but don't do A and then get B the next day.
