Yeah I saw the previous one. I know its done for those impossible letters like Q and X but S? Come on, thats cheating lol.
Rule # 3:
"Where possible, within reason, the town's name should begin with the called letter. Some just aren't possible and in those cases anywhere within the name."
So how about a mod to rule #3. There’s no letter not used as a first character of a town somewhere, but, for the three tough ones “Q”, “X” and “Z”, do you want to say something like “after one week, any use of the letter in the name is accepted”?
Just to say, there are only 62 Q’s, 49 X’s (half are in China, btw) and Z is the most common of the three with 134. But that’s globally (according to google) so, pretty uncommon. Compared to thousands (or more) of other more common letters.
Clearly we don’t need to make exceptions for every letter, but for those three only? What do you think?
