the 103 kit, 255 cam, pushrods and cam install kit comes out to about $1400
knock 20% off an online order. then add labor if needed.
using a streetbob for reference (since finding any superglide is getting hard) you should easily be able to pick a leftover 13 up for more than 1500 less than a 14. at the very least the dealer would probably eat the labor especially if you bought the parts through them. so it's pretty close with the added bonus of the cam install.
if you pick up a used low mileage superglide its significantly cheaper.
It may be gone from the line up on the HD website but you can still build one on the HD-1 bike builder.
The only bike you can build on HD-1 are the 1200 Sportster and the Street Bob.
The Super Glide has been shelved for the time being. Glad I bought mine when I did.

For some reason, you can do a search for it and it will come up as if it were the Harley website, but if you go to the Harley website first, it doesn't list it.
So why has the last 2 Harleys I bought, been discontinued with only one year coming out after I buy it?
1. Softail Custom
2. Super Glide Custom
I must be a jinx.....I don't know if I want to buy another Harley model because it might get discontinued also and everyone will be mad at me.

Don't feel so badly the same thing happened to me. Like you, of course, I bought the '13 Super Glide. Prior to that I bought a 2004 Road King Custom which went bye-bye.
Hey, Honda discontinued Element and now they are fetching big money on the used car market. Go figure?
Harley has a habit of "discontinuing" a model for a couple years, then bringing it back "new and improved". The Low Rider was discontinued a few years ago, and they're now back. It'll be the same for the Super Glide. IMHO, they're the BEST motorcycle Harley makes. They've been around since the early '70's.
1971 Boat Tail - some people hate em, but I like it! Very collectible.
