Unknown dyna
It is an old rigid frame. Not sure of the make but perhaps the numbers on the neck might help. The tanks are old fatbob style. They were two piece style back in the day. This was most likely a custom build originally. There would be no exact manual on this for assembly, but there should be lots of info on building a custom rigid bike. As far as the rims go, they are just rims that may or may not work with this bike. My advice is to do a complete inventory of everything you have and start doing some research to see what you can make out of it.
Definitely a rigid frame... like bob said the wheels are just that.. a collection of different ones it looks like from over a period of time for different projects.. and as carl stated that frame wont be using any Dyna style A series motor that Im aware of.. looks like it could have been used with an earlier motor like a shovel or maybe even a pan.. and probably used a 4 speed and possibly even a kick start.. good luck
looks like a santee straight leg 4 speed frame with all the "stock" fat bob tank mounts , so it would take a evo or earlier big twin drive train. aftermarket wide glide top tree with what looks like late shovel early evo switches. there is a 16' rear drum invader mag and it looks like a front 19 inch invader, 19" stock front harley mag with what looks like spacers to fit the wide glide conversion (probably 35mm legs in a after market tree) , a performance machine front mag and a fat boy rear also. If you could show the heads of the motor and a pic of the trans im sure we could give you more info on what you have. the invaders and the PM wheels if in good condition would pull some cash on ebay with the hipsters. looks like a fun project if you have some mechanical ability. old harleys are easy and fun to build.
I see you are in Hawaii...was your uncle in the Navy or Marines? A lot of old Harley Davidsons and Indians sent over to the South Pacific during and after WW II were dug out of the jungles of the Philippines and other remote islands and brought back stateside by ship's crews to be restored. I went on a successful quest with some shipmates at the end of my last Western Pacific deployment to find some and I know of others who brought them back and restored them to show quality. I also know that some of those bikes were very difficult to register in the states because they were never supposed to be brought back...I really don't know the reason, but it might have been a lack of numbers like you are seeing...
