Reviews on Harley site say the Dyna Touring seat pushes you forward a couple of inches and makes you feel more cramped.
Here is one example...
"She loves it on back, but it does mess with the rider position. got to adjust mirrors, boosts you off the ground (I'm only 5'7"-5'8") and pushes you farther forward. I have mid controls and highway bars and its a little cramped shifting with the touring seat. luckily i plan to use it only for long rides. I'd probably try a Sundowner Deep Bucket for another $30 but i'm happy enough to not go through a return/exchange rig-a-ma-roll."

I have a LePera Maverick on my 08 FXDC. It is pretty comfortable for me and I like the deep cut of the seat. I have done many full day trips with it (750-800 miles a day). It has 25,000 miles on it and is still comfortable. My wife really likes the passenger pad part of the seat. It is plenty wide and provides just the right amount of cushion for her.
