Need fender advice.
I recently installed an Roland Sands vertical plate with brake light on my bike to clean the fender up. Well as it turns out, and I'm sure no surprise to you guys, there's a huge square hole in the fender. What do you guys suggest I do? Have a body shop fill the fender, buy a custom fender, if so what brand is a reliable company that makes a clean fender? I do not want to cut it as I like the look of the fender now minus the huge square hole. I reinstalled the stock tail light so I don't look like a total idiot, I know that too is Debateable lol.
I'd get a custom fender and carefully store the unmolested stock fender away in the attic.
The next owner of your bike may want it.
Choice of custom fender depends on your taste, side plates/lights kind of require a shorter bobber style fender. Just my opinion of course.

I personally think it might be more cost effective in the long run to buy a new rear fender... With the cost to weld the hole you might be close enough to the price anyways but then you have the stock one in case its needed to bump your resale value up. I havent done research on which to buy though but there are lots of options out there.
