Down the swing arm, then up to the wiring harness that had the rear light wires, I stripped them and soldered them in and taped it all up.

SoDak hiway patrol loves those things, gives them an excuse to pull you over for alittle "sniff test".

I was told that Sturgis is the sole reason the horizontal plate law was passed. Hi-PO wanted an excuse to stop out of state riders during the rally.

Law here makes it so you ha e to run horizontal. .. many never get pulled over or a citation. However, you do open the door to being pulled over.
