Ordered 07 Superglide Custom
Made my annual trip to Bike Week and (as usual) had a blast! I rode several Softails and Dynas at the HD Demo and fell for the Dyna Superglide Custom. I returned homeread your postsand thensold my beloved EG standard. I am now waiting for the delivery of my BLACK Custom. Thanks for all your postings. I look forward to learning more and contributing.

I'm 500kms from Sydney where i picked my new 07 FXDC up from thursday 5 April. I now have 511kms on the clock. New kitchen, full time work and a pregnant wife? not much time for riding!

Excellent. If you haven't already better go order some forward controls.... I had to add them and a seat immediatley to the mix... black is the best color..your frame matches the paint already... n i c e . . .

Kai, when do you get the new bike? I just picked mine up 2 weeks ago and really, really like it. I also added forward controls and a Mustang seatimmediately. Added some pull back risers a couple nights ago to get the bars back and up a little.
I just wish they hadn't changed the back sprocket to a 66 tooth, 1st gear is too high. 06 Dynas were geared just about perfect.

My ship date is now April 26th. I have been busy researching and ordering parts. I haveordered:Vance and Hines Slip ons, SE Air Cleaner, HD Round Bar and Sheild AC cover, SE Race Tuner and cables, HD Leather Custom Sidekick saddle,Kuryakyn curved license plate mount and frame. I am contemplating forward controls. I will probably ride the mid controls first and see how it goes.

do you have a picture of your new handle bars? I've been contemplating the street slammers, but, I love the "view" over the tank and down the bars...love that harley shield holding the bars in place...I'd hate to lose it...
