Kai, sounds like you got a good head start on the parts. I did the same thing. Had the new seat, race tuner, Rush mufflers, Ness air cleaner waiting when the bike got here. I don't miss the Wide Glide at all (yet).
Edgar, I took a couple pictures in the garage but they are too dark to be of any use. Gotta get a different camera. I'll try to take some outside tomorrow. I kept the stock bars for now, just put on some pull back risers. They're Drag DS-290125, 4" up and about 1 1/2" back. Much more comfortable now, the stock bars were just too far forward for me.
