My '94 dyna is spewing oil out of the breather tube until my oil light goes on. We are talking a whole quart in like twenty minutes of idling. The only thing I've done to it this winter is paint it. So I'm not sure why it would do this now could the oil filter be clogged? I'm lost Please help!

First spring start-up? Maybe the rings have some light rust or corrosion going on and you need to run it and clean the ring surface some.
You could do a compression test on it.
Blowby
My friends EVO will dump oil in the spring,it's from sitting all winter, the oil sits in the engine cases and on first start it dumped a quart on the ground, after it was running it was all good
OK that kinda makes sense..it's weird cuz it will blow oil till its almost empty then it will stop...so I add oil..then it will be fine until it warms up again....then she starts puking again.
Do a search on " EVO ball valve in oil pump " for homework. An ounce of oil from all the drain down sitting over the winter will look like a gallon. You also say idle for 20 minutes till oil light goes on. That could be from overheating. Never idle an air cooled motor 20 minutes. Put the correct open micron filter on it like Harley designed it for. (that could just be a OEM Harley filter if they still make one since I think it is 10 micron--most aftermarket are 5)
