I have an '04 WG that had the front signals relocated to the forks to facilitate a HD windshield. After a few trips with the windshield I decided I do NOT like it. (Buffeting, sight-line, reflections, movement, etc.)
What I would like to do is put the front turn signals back up on the handlebars where they originally were. In my opinion I thought that was a great look for the bike and one of my favorite features on the WG.
I have the instructions for moving the lights that came with the relocation kit and was thinking about trying to reverse the process as best I can but when it comes to running the wiring through the handlebars I get a little nervous.
Does anyone have first hand knowledge of this? Any advice?
