Default Help with Differences Please

Hey everybody, new Dyna Super Glide owner here. I recently purchased 2007 Super Glide (loving it ), but it just has a solo seat on it currently. I have been on the look out for a new 2-up seat to buy so my significant other can ride before she leaves for the Air Force in May (time is quickly running out I know).

Looking through all the books and stuff I know the vintages cut off like follows; 96-03, 04-05, and 06-later models. What I need to know, if anybody can possibly help, is what changes/differences are there between a 2-up seat on an 03 Glide and an 07 Glide?

For one thing, thetongue at the front of the seat is much further forward on the 07.

They don't interchange. Mostly because the fenders are differant.

Call Mustang and have them overnight you a seat. It's expensive, but (IMO) it's the best.

From '06 and later the whole frame has been changed. I have a'04 FXD and a '06 FXDCI and the seats are different. The '06 is longer.

Dude, don't be bummed. You can buy a brand new cast off two up seat on Ebay for cheap, I did! Somebody bought a 2007 SG custom and immediately traded up to a more custom seat and sold their old one on Ebay . . to me for $99. Brand new HD 2 up seat. WTF??!! I love RUBs
