How many Switchback owners have not had vibration issues

Then I would skip the softtail also and buy a touring bike. Not that ya cant on whatever but miles apon miles superslab riding a pourpose built couch equalls more miles in a day.
None taken. Those tour bikes are just too much weight for my personal comfort.
I have a switch and I have cured the vibes, I read online how some loyal Harley riders say all Harleys vibrate, what they don't realize is if the bike vibrates so bad from 2600-3200 rpms that it would actually damage the bike itself they need to go ride one with the issue IT"S NOT NORMAL! And 2600-3200 is the normal operating range!
15K vibration free miles on my 2012 FLD. The vibration is due to the stock muffler which most of us have gotten rid of anyway. I think you biggest problem would be stuffing your 6' 5" frame on the FLD
I have a 2014 Switchback with no vibration issues. To be fair, though, I have Vance & Hines Switchback Twin Slash Duals and a race tuner on it, so the exhaust issue doesn't apply to me.
I bought the 2015...I never noticed a vibration, but never really had good run with her due to the season. I changed the exhaust right away..I read that was the issue, the stock exhaust bolt ???
I fixed the vibration on my 2012 FLD with the clevis pin mod but a month ago an indie shop had to remove my muffler to remove the rear wheel for new tires. He did not know how to replace the carefully selected parts to re-do the clevis pin mod correctly, result-the pin is loose and the vibes are back, I need to start from scratch and get the spacers just right and tight but not too tight so back to the hardware store.

And now you understand why it's important to do your own work; invest in the proper tools to pull your own wheels; let the shop change out your tires, but do the removal/install of the wheels yourself. In the long run it's money well spent; chasing after another's mistake is pointless; do your own work, then you will always know it's done right...
