Mid and Forward controls

Mid and Forward controls
I would like to know if any one has mid and forward controls on there bike. I have seen them years back. I am going to do mine after the next swap meet.

It might look kind of funky with two shifters, 2 brake pedals, etc. and would likely take a lot of fabricating to make everything work, but I guess it could be done. Some of us have put on forwards and kept the mid pegs, that makes sense, but 2 sets of brakes and shifters, man if you can pull that off I'd like to see what it looks like.
