Like rooti said, you did some nice upgrades BUT you should have gone longer on the rear shocks. I run 13" JRI's and can drag pegs whenever I want, I just have to be careful. I use the pegs as a guide and have yet to scrape the primary. The longer rear shocks make quite a difference, but it's really only a matter of time before you'll drag again. These aren't sport bikes and while the Fatbob handles pretty damn good, it's not gonna compare to a crotch rocket.
The main reason I got the Fat Bob was because it's supposed to be the best handling Harley in their current lineup.
well, on paper anyway just looking at the specs!... but of course that's not taking into account with a rider onboard, assplanted, feet forward!
I've been riding my Buell XB1200S since 04 and my Street Bob since 06 so I know all about riding a fast bike slow and slow bike fast
to ride my slow bike fast I need the rear Progressive 18/418 12.5" shocks on the lowest rebound damping and the spring preload set in the middle... I weigh 150lbs and still need to weighshift a few inches into the turn and stay on the throttle to go fast and have any fun doing it... (being smooth also helps) setting up the turn with a weight shift that automatically puts the motorcycle into counter steer and simultaneously rolling on the throttle to plant the suspension. (mids) otherwise you're just going along for the ride! IMHO
