I love my LR so much compared to the other jap cruisers I've had, I think it'll be my "forever" cruiser.
At some point I might have to pick up an Ultra though for those long hauls...haha.
I will ride a LR until that day comes where I stop riding. I never do more than 100 miles a day, so I have no need for any kind of bagger. I want a bike for getting to work, running errands, and taking rides under 100 miles. The LR is the perfect cruiser.
Dyno set up conservative but 126HP/136 torque...If I go to a more aggressive exhaust it would easily go to 135hp but torque may drop. Also sold the 103 motor.....

Why not?
Body yell at you?
100 miles is so "limiting."

No, I could do more than 100 miles in a day. It really boils down to having no place or reason to ride to beyond 100 miles. My work commute is 84 round-trip. Most everyone I know is within 100 miles. All the places I ride out to eat at are within 100 miles.
Finally got my 12" Nash Midget Gimps installed, along with an RSD riser, new cables, new headlight bucket, brake lines, and everything else that is involved when swapping bars on these new Low Riders.
Happy with everything, brake light switch is a bit finicky as it's taking an extra second or two to shut off the light after the lever is released but I'm thinking it's just not lined up properly.

What exhaust are you using and how're you liking it? I'm looking at options right now. I don't want it super loud because you can get pulled over in California. Your bike looks mean!

Thanks! Exhaust is the Bassani Road Rage Mega Power. I went with it because Bassani actually showed the pipes on a 14 Low Rider, so I knew it would fit with the slightly different controls these bikes have. It's pretty loud when you get on it, but it idles and cruises at a moderate level... Although everyone has a different idea of what "moderate" is, I don't find it overly loud.
If I could do it again though, I would look into the Arlen Ness Riot 2-1 pipes or the Two Brothers.

That brake light problem has plagued many a Harley owner. Many just tap the little white piece of plastic and insert a small screw to meet the brake lever tab. Other just play with it until it goes away for the time being, but it will come back.

That's what great about Harley's. There are some many different type of people that ride them. My favorite rides are when I don't have a particular destination. I just go out and try to get lost and find a nice place to stop and take some interesting pics of the bike. I could do that all day, but seldom get to lately.
