Default HELP Difference In Handling

Im within a 1000 miles of changing my stock 160 tire on my 06 WG . Im tossing around the Idea of putting on a 180 ? Brand ? I could use some feed back on this matter? will the bike handle differently with a 180 verses a 160?

4/5" difference isn't going to make much of a difference handling or visually...

The 180mm rear tire will not make any difference in the handling; at least it has not made any difference in the way my WG handles. As for the look, it is noticeable, definitely not as noticeable as a 240 or wider, but you can certainly tell that it is a wider tire. Changes in the way a bike handles is generally more noticeable at 240mm and gets more pronounced as the tire gets wider.

I put the 180 on my lowrider, not much difference and since you know you changed it you will really pay attention to how it handles.
