The difference in price between the '13 and '14 is because the ABS is standard now so they jacked up the price to cover it. Worked out for me since I wanted ABS anyway.

Even Harley says that the ABS doesn't shorten stopping distance all that much but it does give a MUCH safer stop.
Thanks. I'm not surprised at the voting, or that the pre EFI are great bikes. Sorry about that, but I'm interested in these years.
It's not as clear as I thought it would be about too much heat on the bigger engine, or newer lousy cornering, or even traction of the front tire. And the added features on the gauge, or ABS don't seem to make a difference; they don't to me.
I'll just be looking at all these years for the best add on's and condition I can get for the price.
All Wideglides since the first one in 1980 came with the skinny 21" front wheel and tire.
