Just read another post from someone who recently got their fluids changed and he was stating it was at the hot mark when cold. I check my oil b4 I fire it up cold and todayI did just that. Cold bike, oil at the hot mark. Only 550mi on it. Fluids have not been changed yet. This is the first time I have noticed it like this. Could I be suffering from a seal leak as well? Guess I will have to call the dealer to find out if a trip there is due. (
check your tranny phluid level also. Checked my oil level the other day, and it read at the hot mark while cold, but I know it's right because i changed it myself.
if the tranny is low, then you may be in the same boat as the previous poster.
