On my 02 Super Glide I did Race Tech .90kg springs, Ricor Intiminators, 5wt oil and Speed Merchant pre-load adjusters. At the same time I did new seals and added a second disk brake. I weigh 160 and I'm pretty happy with the results. Now I'm looking at the rear. Probably JRI 13".
The pre-load adjusters are worth the money for no other reason than you don't have to fight very much to get the caps back on. I cut my spacers to +10mm and then added the rest with the adjusters after assembly.

Running Progressive front fork springs with Ricor Intiminators and HD heavy duty fork oil. There maybe a better set up out there, but this is a vast improvement over stock and good enough for me.

I've got an 02 FXDL and weight about 5 pounds less than you so his helps a ton. I just went through my back log of Hot Bikes and found the one where they rebuilt the 39mm front end on Jeff Holt's 97 Dyna and they used the gold valves and springs from Race Tech but they used 15wt Bel Ray fork oil. I'm guessing it is due to the fact that Jeff's got 50+ pounds on me. I don't intend on turning this into a crotch rocket but I would like to approach a curve and throttle the whole way through it and not have my front tire feel like its going to wash out from under me or have the absolute worst brake dive I've ever felt in my life.
I would mirror what Nomadmax did to his dyna...but With your weight I would use the .85 racetech spring. There will be no better bang for the buck. You don't want the heavier oil with the intimidators...they will do the work.
I didn't have to fight my fork caps at all...the racetech springs take very little preload
