Alright so I took off my radio, I tested the stator (before it went to the regulator) It's getting like 20 or so volts at idle 26 with some gas, and (while running) I tested the spot at the circut breaker where the regulator goes and it's at 12.3 volts, battery reads the same. Is that low? Is the regulator shot?
12.3 vdc at the regulator output is too low even for a fully charged battery. My bet is that is what you will read across the battery terminals as well which indicates that your voltage regulator has done gone **** up. There is a very good probability that you have overloaded the voltage regulator with too much electrical load connected and a new VR or your stator...or both...will soon give it up also...
Someone else here will have to tell you if there is a charging system available that will handle the load you are placing on it...I don't know of one.
