Not sure if this has been asked before or not.I am looking at some mail order sable bags and do not want to order wrong size .What measurements throw over saddlebags fit a 2008 dyna low rider without moving turn signal . And would it be better to get the supports.

 

Saddle bag supports are nice for throw-overs. I been looking at the new "revolution" series Willie and Max which I think have a hard back that faces the bike eliminating the need for a bolt-on support. It IS important to use the Zip-tie tabs on the throw-over bags.

 

Grab your tape measure and measure between the top shock and your turn signal. Now subtract maybe 1/2" for clearance.

POOF! you know the maximum width bag for your bike without relocating turn signals.

 

I am looking at supports .What type fit low rider with a sissy bar?

 

Does anybody have Plain Jane Dyna Saddlebags and what do you think about them?Do they need supports and I see four tiedowns when would fourth go?
