Thumbs down What Wrong With It?
My buddys bike is running weird. We cant figure it out. Brought it to Harley dealership and it doesn't do it for them.

Sounded like it was running on 1 cylinder part of the time. Maybe the coil?

Looks like a short or loose connection. The lights changes with the engine. Maybe a bad ground

If its a carb'ed bike check the seal that sits between the carb and the manifold. My bike ran bad then finally didn't idle. - 8$ fix.

He said the dealer checked the plugs and wires.

And yes, it's a carbed bike. I guess I'll pull the carb and check the seal. Thanks.

How old is the battery and is it 100% charged?

The guy he bought it from last spring said he put a new battery in it for him. And we have charged it recently.
