I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, should be preloaded on your puter. Locate the file in Windows Explorer and right click and open in Picture Manager. Go to edit pictures and on the right side select resize. That ought to do it. It has different options for resizing including preset sizes for web purposes.

right mouse on picture
Open with => paint
on menus select "Image" then "Stretch/Skew"
Change the "Stretch Vertical and Horizontal" settings to 50% on both of them
keep changing the Vertical and horizontal settings until you get the desired size

That could be a great marketing deal for Harley. Reduced payments, say $69. a month, for an "FXInvisiable". You get a payment book, a key, a 1 year membership to Hogtails magazine ... but no bike, ...BUTyou can wear Harley clothing without being called a POSER at bike night! hahaha
