well I hate to say this because once in a while it really is a good deal but usually cheap begets you cheap. They look real short soI can't vouch for the power output either.
yeah cheap and quality dont go together. kind of looks like a knock off chopped down kerker exhaust. and from my experience, that short of a pipe wont make hardly any usable power where you need it.
Why does a short 2 into 1 not make usable power? So something like this or a v&h competion series wouldn't be good? I really love the short 2into 1 style.
A longer 2 in to 1 will give you better low end and mid range generally speaking. But they also quit pulling before a short pipe will. The shorter ones work OK if you can get the back pressure right for your engine setup.
I don't like the long ones either. I've had V&H pro pipes. Not impressed. I've had shorter 2 into 1's that out perform the pro pipe by a lot.
The long rear pipe on these looks like it would make some great mid range pull. I say try them even if they're not USA made.
Sometimes newer pipes are cheap 'till they get more demand.
They look pretty nice I guess. I don't see any mention of heat shields tho.
And note also the O2 sensor bungs are on the outside facing your leg. I read some of the description where it says these are stepped headers and those are usually meant for real big bore engines. They may actually be too much pipe for anything under 107....maybe. just my
Danmoto gets great reviews froma lot of jap sport bike and Ducati guys. They are a Chinese manufacturer, but from most of what I have read, everyone who purchased one was happy. For that price, it's well worth it to take the chance. I am actually trying to sell pythons and I was gonna either buy the danmoto or patriot. I like the look of the danmoto better though...
Check the sporty forum to, as I believe some of the guys there are running danmoto.
