I just bought a Dyna Docking Hardware kit (53961-06) for my 07 Street Bob. I am not installing the Saddlebags yet because I do not have them. Therefore, I assume, no need to get the signal relocation kit.I already have an aftermarket laydown curved license plate bracket, so I am told the Harley signal relocation kit would not work anyway. In the future my plan is to getthe Alloy Art strut mount blinkers.
The problem I am having is that there are only two bolts included in the Docking Hardware kit. Theboltsthat were on the bike from the factorydo not seem to fit. They areeithertoo longor too short. I know the easy answer is to go get another two bolts at the hardware store, but I must be missing something simple here, or the other bolt is included in the signal relocation kit.

Well, as I understand it you will have to move the turn signals to install the rear docking bolts as they fit in the turn signal location points. Maybe you are right and the 2nd set are in the HD signal relocation kit...?
I have docking kit, layback license plate and turn signal relocation kit on my bike but they were all installed by the dealer before delivery, so can't help with kit contents I'm afraid.
you are right....the second set of bolts come in the rear turn signal relocation kit. I know stupid....but what I did was a trip to home depot and got similar bolts. problem solved for 1.40..
I am doing the same thing and found I also need a turn signal relocation kit. It is the one for around $34, not the more expensive one which also relocates the license plate. I have not received it yet, but it looks like it will move the turn signals out a little further rather than completely relocating them like the more expensive kit for saddle bags does. I don't remember the part number but it is in the 2007 catalogue.
