where to mount passenger pegs

can anyone tell me or show me on their bike where and how to mount the left passenger foot peg. the previous owner put on a 240 tire kit and I am not sure where to put it

by the way it is a 99 Dyna Wide Glide

Your 'wide' swingarm might not have the mounting points for pass pegs, but here is a pic of where the left peg mounted on the stocker:
