I've got an 02 wide glide with 72,000+ on it and have never had the vibe you are taking about. I do have the normal "A" engine lope at an idle but as soon as I get moving the bike is very smooth and with the 1/2" longer progressives on the rear it rides like a dream with no appreciable vibes other than the normal shake of the V-twin engine. I would test drive another bike to see if it also feels like the one you are looking at.---jack

I could trade the FB pretty close to straight up, but from all the feedback you WG faithful have posted, I don't think this bird is flyin' right. I may hold out for a TC96 WG down the line. The more I hear the praise (and see the pics) of these bikes, the more it sounds like it's worth the wait. Afterall, it ain't like I gottaride junktill then!

have an 02 WG and I havenever experienced the shaking problem you are talking about. There is vibration at idle but it smoothes when the bike is moving. I think that is part of the DNA for dynas.
