Default HD Quarter Fairing Windshield

So I finally started painting all my parts yesterday (well not me my friend doing it for me lol) everything came out looking great; I am blacking it out. When I ordered the HD Quarter Fairing I got it primed because I wanted to make sure the colors would make exactly. My question is about the windshield, do most people paint it or leave it as is? I would like to paint it but my boy said that the paint might eventually chip off which if that's the case I don't want to do it. Going to finish up the rest of the painting tomorrow so wanted to see what you guys think....to paint or not to paint. If there is a way to order it smoked out I would.

You can buy a smoked shield from Cee Baileys, or do what I did and paint the inside black. It will look perfect on the outside.

Thanks! I see it's $55 so I would want the Opaque Black right not the Dark Grey? Your bike looks sick BTW, I seen it several times in the Thug style thread I look thru. I also have Daymaker being installed that I ordered how do you like yours?
