Hey, Princeseth...I currently own a 2008 FXDC, got it new. It now has 62,000 miles. I love it. I am about 180 lbs, 5'10". One of the best modifications was the addition of forward controls. Over time, I also replaced the stock seat with a Mustang solo, installed a quick-release windshield, a tachometer/speedo combination, Kuryakyn grips, lay-back license frame, LED tail light, Sylvania Silverstar headlight bulb, chrome covers on clutch and on brake fluid resevoirs, Ohlins rear shocks, Vance and Hines Big Shots, plus had the Stage I 103" kit installed. I change the engine oil and filter every 5,000 miles, and have the other services done by my favorite shop, Jimmy Ray's. I love the way the bike handles...it suits me perfectly. Two months ago, I bought a 2014 Street Glide, but kept my SuperG. After riding the Stree Glide for 750 miles, I sold it, and went back to the SuperG.
